I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone that's anti-equality.  Nice gesture that shouldn't offend anyone.  Well handled, IMO.

Tasteful, to the point and it recognizes the issues without an “In your face” vibe.

Yep, another good job by Pittman and Yurachek. You’d have to have some deep seeded biases to be against equality for all.

When the NCAA announced earlier this offseason that they would allow social justice messaging on player uniforms, I was bracing for impact. But if this is the extent of that, I think we have something here that is simple and doesnt single anyone out. We should be proud of our program for this

I think most people want equality and this is a great way to express it. I don't think we should go overboard and cause such huge problems and start a race war. Many would suggest we are in bad shape but they just want to stirr the pot.

Now - let's just let them play some football with full fan support.

Ummmm.... wut?  We can't talk about it, even though it's on the jerseys, but it's absolutely, unequivocally about that thing we can't talk about.

I'm good with how it was handled, just recognize it for what it is.

I just disagree. There are messages that they could have chosen that would indeed fall under the political umbrella, but simply saying "equality" is not one.

Everyone should be able to agree about equality

What’s wrong with Equality?

It shouldn't have to be patched on a uniform. It should be obvious. This is a PC move.

I won't comment further given the rule.

I actually emailed Yurachek weeks ago in regards to this.

Quite pleased with their solution to a delicate situation.

There's always going to be the fringe element, but those seem to be the outliers right now.

I am not against equality.

The patches on jerseys is a political statement.

What I have seen from other programs, the hog program got it right.
