Signed Letter of Intents
« on: February 05, 2020, 05:39:45 am »

I will have them here. Many will send the LOI in at 6 this morning. Not sure what time Hogs will begin announcing them.
But I will have them all on here.

LaGrange Troup County four-star DL Andy Boykin told me he sent his NLI. I will pin the official release from UA here when they put it out.
When he committed Sunday. https://twitter.com/boykinandy_andy/status/1224002194904621058

ESPN rates us 12th in the SEC with only Missouri and Vanderbilt below us.

Can we ever do any better?

Last year we finished 9th ahead of Ole Miss, Miss St, Kentucky, Mizz, and Vandy. So yes, we're capable of doing so. Let's see what CSP can do with a full year.

Maybe if we weren't coming off back to back 2 win seasons or 3 coaches in 4 seasons?

You have to be patient. Its that simple.

But even if we don't get better, we are doing fairly well. We finish today ranked around 30. That isn't going to compete with top 10 talent but it compares fairly well with the tear 2 teams. Finishing in the top 30 regularly means we have the pieces to compete against the middle and bottom of the SEC. We can win some games. Coaching will have to make the best uses of our players, but with these kinds of classes we have the guys to win 3-5 games in the SEC.

Lets win 7-9 games 3 of the next 4 years and lets see if our recruiting doesn't start creeping up.

ESPN currently has us at #29 overall and Ole Miss #39

Next year we will do better as long as we show some progress on the field.  I'm hoping for 7th or 8th at the worst.
And Miss st will likely drop to 13th, just above Vandy since Leach doesn't care about recruiting.

But Leach does like to win so when he understands that D is very important in the SEC, he may learn to recruit and coach D.

Give Pitt a chance.  I guess you believe that a new coach should be ranked #1 in his first recruiting class.

This class was going to be a train wreck. Pittman and staff went a long ways in a few weeks. Imagine what they can do with a little time to work with.
