2020 Chili Bowl
« on: January 07, 2020, 02:07:38 am »

Less than a week now! Whose going, and who you got? Lots of unknowns with Larson and Bell not with Kunz this year. Will the Mullet make a run again or will he wreck like normal 😂

Heading over Thursday morning to catch Thur-Sat nights like we normally do.  If I had to put $ on it then it would be the favorites.......Bell, Larson, Abreu.
Bell's last lap pass of Larson last year had to be one of the most exciting I've seen in over 20+ years of going.  I just like to see good racing.  Seeing a surprise winner is always nice too.  Didn't expect to see McCreadie in '06.  I had never heard of Dan Boorse when he first won in '99 but others from up north knew plenty about him.

I am doing the same and yes Ryan is racing. I think Friday, I don't buy tickets, I buy pit passes and sit all around Wednesday through Friday

Newman is racing Wednesday.

You know they ain't going to be bringing a knife to a gun fight, I think they will do well.

Well for years now it has been the Kunz cars and then everyone else. it's more like bringing a revolver to a semi-auto fight. However Sunshine Tyler Courtney was probably the fastest car on the dirt on Saturday last year coming through the D main to finish 6th after spinning and going to the tail of the A.

5 more days and I am there Lord willing:)
