KJ will likely become really good with these new coaches helping him.

That's crazy. I expected them to be more than our typical game but that seems way to much for bad seats.

I think GA fans drove price up pretty good when they played there a couple years ago.

Do the stadium comptrollers understand that we don't want to BUY the seats; - - - just RENT'EM for about three and a half hours?    ???

A few things to keep in mind.
1.  It is there first home game of the year since they are opening with Navy in Ireland.
2.  Prices are in the range for other P5 games there.  Right now cheapest ticket to Stanford game is $192.  Duke and Louisville in the $130's and Clemson is playing there in November, lowest price $470.
3.  When ND played at GA this year prices were up to $400 and that was for the cheap seats.
4.  We think the price is high compared to what we are used to paying which is relatively cheap in the world of P5 football especially the last couple years.

If you have never been to an Irish Game in South Bend it's well worth it.

If you think the tickets are high now just wait and try to buy them in July :)

Agreed.  Great game day experience.  I will have a kid at both schools!

Just another reminder that for p5, Hog home tickets are relatively cheap when compared to lots of bigtime programs

That's awesome.  My wife went to Texas.  Midway during our 3rd year of tackle football my 9 year old called my wife into the living room and said and I Quote " mom you are not going to like this, but I may not be good enough to play college football, but I'm going to Notre Dame for school at least".   The best part is I didn't even put him up to it.  Of course it gave me the easy opening to stress the importance of good grades etc.

There really is no such thing as a bad seat at Notre Dame Stadium. I have been there a few times.

Side note, I have a brother-in-law that lives in Palo Alto... I know everything is much more expensive in Cali in general, but Iím still shocked at how expensive those Stanford tickets are... that stadium is beautiful but almost no one goes to the games... there are students that legitimately call the stadium ďThe LibraryĒ because itís that quiet during home games.

Look in St Joseph, Michigan for hotels.  Easy drive, cheaper and more availability.

Hotels are extremely expensive for the game -- though if you are willing to go out 20-30 miles, you can get a room that is a lot more affordable. Just booked at the Four Points by Sheraton Elkhart. (BTW NW Arkansas has gotten a lot more expensive in the last year, even as the team sucked.)

I don't think Notre Dame has put the tickets on sale and neither has Arkansas. For Arkansas fans who buy season tickets and are Razorback Foundation members, you should be able to buy from Arkansas at face value -- it may still be expensive, similar to the Texas A&M game at Cowboy Stadium.

I think a lot of fans are forgetting that it's on the road next year. Just a reminder if you didn't pick it up from the context clues. The Hogs play at Notre Dame in 2020.

So, do ya'll think it would be better to go ahead and purchase tickets on a third party site or wait and try to purchase them on the Notre Dame Ticket exchange or through the Razorback ticket office?

I'm looking to buy 4 tickets and right now on Stubhub, the lowest price is 145.93/each but with all of the fees, it ends up being 196.42/each.

I'm not a season ticket holder, by the way, so I don't know if the ticket allotment would be enough for me to be able to go through the U of A ticket office.

If you are for sure going just bite the bullet now and but them. Might end up paying a little more, but itís over and done. If youíve never been donít risk it. Lock it in.

My guess is the allotment will be oversubscribed by RF members, I want 8 and donít think Iíll get them on my allotment. I set a price for some on the ticket services and will see how that goes until time to order away game tickets.

ND is a bucket list thing for many college football fans. I expect prices to remain pretty steady as Hog demand is likely to be pretty strong.

Alright thanks for the advice guys.  I'm just gonna go ahead and buy off of StubHub since nothing is guaranteed with RF and the Notre Dame ticket office.

In the past there has always been one of our travel group of 8 order the tickets so we have seats together. But with the popularity of this game we decided to each order our own this year.
