After watching videos, I wouldn't put him much more than 200 pounds right now.

Javion Guy King is interesting.  Shocked they offered him.  Pinion from Morrilton way better and not close.

I could see Pinion getting an offer at some point.  In just the brief footage I have watched of Guy-King I can see why the staff is interested with his current game and how they probably see they progressing with a desired height by the time he is ready for college ball.

Yea.  Pinion for sure the better player right now but Pinion is very mature.

Guys take this anyway you want to take but Joseph Pinion is going to be the GEM of the 2022 class.  Get out and watch this kid.  There is a reason he has a Kansas offer.  6í6Ē and growing.  Shoots off the dribble as good as anyone in Arkansas right now.  Good handle and unselfish.  Coach Self at Kansas took one look.  Muss is on top of this and has already offered.

Agree.  I think Nick Smith is taller than 6-2?  He looks it.

Nick Smith is good and I expect him to be a Hog.  The Ford kid is very very good also.  Pinion has skills that if he continues to perfect along with maturity will bring interest from the Big Boys.  His confidence is growing with every basket.  He is a legit 6í5Ē and may be 6í6Ē.  Does anyone know if he is still growing.  Iíve seen him twice but plan to take in many games this upcoming season.

Looks pretty mature for a sophomore.  Smith looks to be less mature than Ford and Pinion

Well Pinion is Top 100 and a 4 Star Recruit now.  Has tons of attention.  Self will be all over this kid.  The way he shoots the Rock he could blow up the rankings.

I think Ford and Pinion are future Hogs. I like our chances with Nick Smith but could see him going elsewhere.

Arkansas' entire 2022 Class could be Arkansas kids, just like the 2020 Class!  :o

SG Joseph Pinion 6'6" 180 lbs. Morrilton
SG Derrian Ford 6'4" 195 lbs. Magnolia
SG Nick Smith Jr. 6'4" 175 lbs. Sylvan Hills
CG Javion Guy-King 6'5 1/2" 190 lbs. LR Mills
C Kelel Ware 6'10" 200 lbs. NLR

The listed heights and weights are from 247Sports. All five of these players have an offer from Musselman!

Love it!  If our base can be from Arkansas and then add premium kids from elsewhere, we should be able to remain at a very high level.

I'm just glad the mentality of in-state kids seems to be changing back to where Arkansas is up there with anyone else.  Seems like quite a few guys in the recent past thought they were "too good" to come to "lowly" Arkansas.

Just my opinion,  but if next year pans out like we all hope, with a trip to the Big Dance and go deep into the tournament.  Then our chances of bringing in top talent in our state and elsewhere goes up significantly!

Ok Iím pretty up on Basketball Recruiting and got one thrown at me yesterday so I researched it and validated information through 247 Sports.  Top 100 4* recruit  Ramel Lloyd Jr. Rancho Christian HS Temecula California has an embedded prediction of 100% Arkansas.  2022 class.  Anyone seen or heard this.

There are family connections with Muss. I remember him saying Arkansas was recruiting him the hardest, but that was months ago and I havenít heard anything about him since.

I sincerely hope I am wrong...but I am getting a really bad feeling about the 2022 Class...it's a Malik Monk/Archie Goodwin kind of feeling for Smith and Ware. I hope I am wrong, believe me! But I wouldn't be surprised to see Bruce "IMACHEATER" Pearl swoop in and steal one or two of these players.

Right there with you but I think it will take Kentucky or a Duke to steal them.  All three constantly hyped up by a parent on social media.  They've been told how great they are for a while.  That is scary.

I would be careful of making general statements without any insider information because these kids work to hard to be labeled without cause. Plus there is nothing wrong with a parent promoting their child. Just my opinion

Just pay attention to what Hogville reports. Analysts are ranking them who have seen them play against the best in the country. What does knowing them have to do with anything. Are we to trust experts or the next door neighbor?

Every 4 and 5 star player in America is told how great they are, because they're great at what they do...that's nothing unique to these Arkansas prospects. We should feel really good about where we are with this 2022 class, imo

Pinion committed and we stand really really good with Ware, Smith and Lloyd.  Some say Ford is an Arkansas fan but there is a pull for him to go elsewhere.  Guy-King will be a Hog if numbers are OK.  Creed Williamson may be on the outside looking in if numbers donít change.  Look for him to play for Mike at St Johns.  Numbers say 4 schollies available and maybe a 5th.  Arkansas has a great chance at getting 5 Top 100 kids. 3 and maybe 4 Top 50 kids.  2022 class will out rank 2020 that was #5 class in the country.

Do you have any knowledge as to where Ford will lean.  Is he and his father Razorback fans.  Ford has fallen from 38 to 72 by 247 sports.  Thatís a plummet.  Ware is on the rise.  Smith fell a little.  Jamel Lloyd is still in Top 50 and still 100% Arkansas per 247.

Boy the 247 player rankings is a joke.  Joseph Pinion commits to Arkansas while he was on the rise in the rankings and immediately falls to a 3 Star after he commits to to Arkansas.  Jamel Lloyd was in Top 50 and he is 100% predicted to Arkansas and he falls nearly 70 places.  Nick Smith rises to #25 one spot out of 5 Star status.  If he commits to Arkansas watch him plummet.  Same with Ware who is rising in the polls.  Ford moved up a little.
