Lunney had a great receiving corp in Eubanks , Caldwell, Meadors , Lucas and Botkin With Dickerson out of the back field  Then Clint added Davenport Snowden , and Chukuma . Those Offensive lines were extremely good . Something we haven't had in years

You know, I never thought about it, but Lunney had a sweet touch.

The receivers we had with Stoerner would fight for the ball and got open. What the hell happened since the Childs/ Wright/ Adams days?

poor coaching and recruiting . , Wr's were great for both. Go back and watch those O-lines . they look nothing like these today. they controlled the LOS

Barry Lunney may be the nicest person i've ever come across IRL.

impressively genuine, sincere, and kind gentleman.

That first clip of Lunney against Alabama...what a weird season that was in 1992. First year in a new league, loss to the Citadel, beating #4 Tennessee on the road and dominating LSU when they weren't yet a power. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1992_Arkansas_Razorbacks_football_team

OP, thanks for posting these. Fun to watch.

I guess I never realized that only 35000 turned out for the Citadel game.

I was there and was soooo angry after the game my wife got mad at me for being in a bad mood.

We were at the deer camp listening on the radio (dove hunting maybe?) and riding around with loaded guns an ice chest full of beer (ah, to be young).  My nephew and I spent the rest of the day trying to figure out how could that even happen?

We have had some good QBs over the years.  I loved Lunney and Stoerner.
