Sorry, vision is a little blurry from the infectious disease that a coworker gave me that I have in my eye. Lol.

About ready to pop it out with a frickin plastic spoon.

This sucks

Yup, got it resting in a cooler while I finish up smoking the baked beans, and I also have some sharp cheddar mac and cheese on the smoker... we'll see how the mac turns out

My father in law always makes that dump raw cheddar over plain elbow noodles and put in the oven with bread crumbs over it stuff. 

My wife loves it.

I find it super bland and try to eat as little as possible.

Yea, it turned out alright, but I thought it tasted better before I put it on the smoker.  Just dried it out a little.

Maybe if you want a little smoke in it use smoked cheddar?

Yeah, some need help, others don’t. Eating at McD’s and Wendy’s back when I was hauling the kids around, I never used ketchup on McD’s fries, while always using it on Wendy’s.
At Wendy’s my kids never used ketchup...only dipped in a Frosty.

Made those burgers again last night for dinner, but this time on a griddle on my grill outside. Man are they good.

Made them for my Parents again on Saturday night, even better than the last time. Now I’m looking to buy an inexpensive but solid propane griddle to make these and hibachi outside and not smoke out out the kitchen.

I surprised Dad with bone in ribeyes on Sunday for Father’s Day. I brought them to room temp, applied salt/pepper and some shiitake umami flavor enhancing powder to both sides and Sous Vide the steaks for 2.5 hours at 130.5F then finished them on the grill. They were unbelievable... Most savory steaks I’ve ever had and that’s saying something.

Bone-in ribeye will forever be my favorite cut of meat. And that sounds like you nailed them!

I put an adjustable regulator on my gas grill so I can turn the flame up really hot, and that's what I use my cast iron griddle on. I bought a cheap griddle so I think this week I'm going to experiment with taking a grinder/sander to the flat side to make it slick, as I've long since burned the non-stick coating off.

My brother sent me a picture on Saturday of his new 36 in blackstone griddle... consider me jealous.

have on occasion used thousand island dressing, mayo queso and gravy are excellent options.  Zax sauce is good to.

You mean McDonald's "special sauce" on their Big Macs?

Call me what you want but I went out on a limb and ate a Lamb burger on father's day at a greek place and it was delicious...


Buffalo is still my favorite burger.
