Cookout for the LSU series

Got a package of wings ready to go on the grill when I get home from work today. Anyone else getting on the grill this weekend?

How'd you grill that mac and cheese twist?

My grates are too wide... the flare-ups would be brutal.

The wings turned out great. Crispy skin, moist on the inside, I like them better grilled than fried.

Got a couple of thick-cut, home-grown ribeyes ready to go tonight.

I like to smoke my wings for about 15-20 minutes then fry em. Havenít tried grilled yet but donít see why that wouldnít be great.

I like being able to baste on buffalo or bbq sauce while they're on the grill so it cooks onto them. I think grilled is my favorite way to have wings, especially if I'm cooking them myself. Frying is just so messy, at least it is when I try to do it.
