Outside of the winning, of course. I'm talking outside the grass, but inside the walls of the stadium.

Also, we are switching to real grass, right?

Everything I've heard and read indicates we will have grass this year.

I'd like to see the pregame hype video changed.  We've had the Pat Sumerall-narrated version now for 5 seasons or so.  We have a lot of 'new' about our program, so this should change as well.

I know it's small, but we are going to get enough 'we need Diet Coke' comments on this thread.

The change I would most like to see in the stadium on game day is us scoring more points than the opposing team.

1. All alcohol banned and violators removed.
2. No booing allowed - serious enforcement
3. All fans actually sit in the seats they paid for.
4. Pepsi permanently removed from campus.
5. Seat warmers.
6. Each row of each section of bleachers removed and replaced by 10 easy chair style seats.
7. All souvenirs sold for cost plus 3%.
8. Concessions sold for cost plus 5%.

Which is what the recruits listen to but by all means let's be the only program that plays Lynard Skynyrd exclusively, I'm sure it would push recruiting right over the top.

Same color red throughout stadium - seats, paint, etc. Currently thereís at least 3 different shades - the newest section being the lightest of them all.

Don't know if kidding, or not.  We haven't used that one in years - maybe since the Nutt era.

But I've got to say that it's my favorite of the ones we have used.  May be dated at this point (IIRC, that came out just when Google Earth was becoming a "thing"). but it got my juices going at the time.

Finish the west side.
Have the band and cheer squads performing at different entrances before the game.

One thing I liked that the baseball program did was when we were playing someone like USC or Alabama, they had a short video of a record player that was playing "California Love" or "Sweet Home Alabama", and then a woman came up to it and smashed it, and then the video board said "Let's Go Hogs" to the tune of "We Will Rock You"

They do a good job of timing and making fun of the errors that the opposing team makes with sound effects.

We still have the video were it zooms in from outer space?

The basketball intro did something similar last year. Showed footage from various places across NWA like Crystal Bridges, Dickson Street, etc. and when they did the starting lineups it would zoom out to show the state of Arkansas and zoom in to El Dorado, North Little Rock, or wherever the player was from. Thought that was cool. Like it better than the one this year.

The Grad Transfer Burger- GTB

This old standby has an ok reputation and is a fairly solid burger... not many complaints. It's never been served in this conference before and there is nothing about it that is super special, but it's ok. This burger won't mess up your days gameplan by being overly saucy or juicy - just a decent, straight forward burger.

Kids like it and it's affordable, so adults don't mind it either. This burger will only be around for one year, get it while it lasts. BE CAREFUL... one thing about the GT Burger, it comes on a small plate and tends to turnover fairly often.

It would be really nice if our fans would refrain from using bad language and yelling it at the top of their lungs.  F*** Bombs are not appropriate language in public, especially when children are in the area.  One change that I would endorse would be to give the ushers the authority to WARN a person to stop cursing and yelling F*** this and F*** that.  If they continue after being notified, they should be removed from the stadium by the police.  I don't want my three year old grandson exposed to that.

How many Petit Jean commercials do they do? I don't remember that many anymore, they do the stupid Sasquatch(sp) commercial, but I don't remember a ton of commercials. There's plenty of honoring a different sports team, and military, but not many others.

IMO it should be offered everywhere as this should increase concession revenue working off the premise that grass=munchies=snacking=$$$. Perhaps someone should do a comparison with the Colorado schools and see if their concession sales have increased in the last couple of years.

I could actually get behind this.  When you're a young teenager trying to impress friends, I know we've all cursed and given the occasional hitting my finger with my hammer or falling down the stairs, I'll still let the expletives fly.  But grownups cursing as a part of their normal lingo is just downright grating to me.  I've worked in construction all of my life so I've heard it all, but in social settings I just don't get it.

No but when they do, I bet there'll be a 147 page thread full of people arguing one of the following view points:

1) There is NO WAY they will get that grass down in time for the first game of the season...

2) They know what they are doing, they are AHEAD of schedule and will be done 3 weeks prior to the first game...

3) They'll be lucky to get it done just in time for kickoff, but I bet they work around the clock to have it finished...
