Which country have cheapest and which country have most expensive 3G/4G internet data charges in the world?

The data world is changing fast, especially in India, where Jio arrived and has made 42GB of fast, 4G mobile Internet available for about $2.19/month.

I looked for the cheapest pre-paid data plans with ~30GB / month in each country. Below is the cost per GB of June 18, 2018.
