This makes me absolutely as mad as anyone else. It's a slap in the face for being a loyal fan. BUT we probably shouldn't paint everyone with the same brush. I've seen several of the older guys play their guts out: Watts, Pulley, Whaley.  Jackson, Richardson, and Greenlaw have all busted their tails to return from injury early. Hats off to those guys, and the others like them I've missed.

This is fair. We should honor the guys playing with heart.

I vowed last weekend that my answers about coaching from that point forward would be #WWDD (What Would Dave (Van Horn) Do)!  So.......

It has to be true....he read it on hogville.

Actually Iím rarely on Hogville. Tell these buddies of DJ to ask him if he told recruits not to come here. He did do that. He did realize Petrino was making him better, and has apologized. I said it was ironic he was pointing things out after somebody called him on the very same thing.

Really? You know that how? I've talked with DJ many times about Petrino. He didn't like him at first but came to realize that Petrino made him a  better player. He's never said a word to me about telling players not to come to Arkansas because of Petrino.

Mike, you are good at what you do, and I agree he apologized for it later, but he did tell recruits not to come here. Ask him. Glad I gave you an opportunity to ďput me in my place,Ē but it did happen.

In fairness, wasn't this the game he was suspended and had to watch from the student section?

Yep

Even during the game we won, Santos was coming over to the sideline and asking his parents where they were taking him to eat. Not focused on the game. Players shouldn't be coming over to the crowd during the game. I sat right there and heard the entire conversation.

Im 100% done with santos, Cornelius, and Bwall. I might even call trump on froholdt and have him deported.

I'll ask him about it. Still if he apologized as you say, then why call him out as if he had no right to point out the bad attitudes on the part of several players? It was like you were trying to invalidate the message he was sending to the players because early on he thought Petrino was not worth playing for.

The thing I like about DJ is he doesn't just throw random complains out there. He really studies the game video each week and as a former player he spots things that most of us miss.

Our RBs esp towards the end, miffed or totally ignored the defenders coming at them.
Our Defense should take our offense to the bua cattle farm or the back of the Rink. Make em scared not to try the whole game.. that's how the hogs used to handle this.. Oh crap that's called what... hazing ,, no we called it coming to Jesus meetings..or senior leadership. ;)

The RB with the long hair....that had the long run last week Maleek Williams?  When he was in late yesterday, he was lost.  A specific play where he moved from Tyís left to right back to left .  Then he absolutely wiffed on his block (and I donít mean got beat or tried and missed....he barely put his hands on the guy and literally stepped aside) and the defender smoked Ty.   It was some of the worst effort Iíve ever seen.
