Watching other games I see a huge difference in the quality of the angles taken by their receivers and backs.

I don’t think our receivers inability to get open has as much to do with speed as it does the route and angles in space.

Is that an issue with the players not running them as coaches or are our coaches not teaching and requiring those things

Petrino was a jerk but he was anal about routes and angles and correspondingly we had a lot of open receivers.

This was game 3. That's something that should have been corrected before game 2, if not during game 1.
