Wrapping up week 9 of my healing of the broken foot. Walking full weight in the Cam Boot 90% time and 50% to 75% weight with stability running shoe and one crutch. working to increase mobility and strength n the ankle due to really stiff still. The goal is to be out of the Cam Boot in two weeks.
