#1 in Scoring Offense
« on: November 28, 2009, 01:40:30 pm »

We lead the nation in scoring offense.  Pretty good for a team that just stands around, and people aren't sure they know what to run half the time. Does that make anyone feel a little better?  ;)

What is our ranking in the wins and loss columns?

We're below .500 at home. We just got beat by two teams 98.6% of the country could not locate on a map.

No it doesn't make me feel better at all.

How is the scoring defense? They score so fast it just messes you up!

If you factor out the outliers (which each statistician worth his salt will do), what is our scoring average?

Kind of funny, us at 1, Kansas at 2. One of these things is not like the other.

Scouting Report from Ken Pomeroy on the hogs shows that we are rated 171 and I included the schedule of teams (non-conf) and their ratings. So far we have lost to team we should have based on these numbers.
It's good to lead in offense and that should help with future recruits.

This shows we go 7-8 to start the season and based on his ranks of the sec games we go 8-23 if we only have the kids we have now.. so the upside is when we get the rest back we win twice as many..
Not all is lost in sickness, and Mike A or even Cheatapairi could not fix this any better than Pel has

I feel pretty confident in saying some more talented coaches could have these guys performing better at this point.
