2-0, 4-3, 3-2...

These are the scores you get in SEC baseball and we won them all. Pitching is more than solid. I hope hitting can come around a little more. Now on to a road series and we need to win the first one for confidence. Alabama won't be a pushover on its field.

Two of three is always the goal, especially on the road. Granted, Bama is likely one of the bottom tier teams so we really need to win the series to keep pace, because it looks like LSU and Auburn will both start out 3-0 as well. We need to get the bats going a little better next weekend though. Hopefully, they don't trot three straight lefties out there.

No worries.  History has shown that sec umps do all they can to give huge strike zones to hog pitchers. Wherever those pitchers arent throwing

What?  You havent felt like they helped the hog pitchers?   I remember a game just last year when Knight had thrown over 90 pitches and at least 6 of them were called strikes

I remember Aaron Nola being able to live several inches off the plate in Baton Rouge several years ago and he who shall not be named giving all sorts of leeway in Omaha to South Carolina.
