Hopefully the talent is so good that it pushes everyone to be better.  Maybe so good that the new guys passes up the older players.   We were not a very good SEC OL last year.  We must be better.

Old saying, but everyone needs to be pulling on the same rope in the same direction. Supreme unity of execution and goals. Keep their opinions to themselves and simply execute at a high level. I don't want to see anyone taking a step or two then acting like they don't know what they are supposed to be doing or confused by the play going a different direction than they thought it should be going, or out of position to pick up a stunt or blitz.
