I tried to pay for dinner last night with some Dinars- I told them don't look so confused, when that shiite revalues you wil see I just paid you 1,000.00 for my meal and drinks.

Too bad you couldn't sell as good as whoever sold this guy on the dinar.   You would of got a free meal.

I have some magic beans for sale.  If you're interested in this amazing opportunity, send me $500 cash and I'll let you get in on this deal on the ground floor.

Oh, the magic is undervalued right now, but as soon as children start believing again, the magic in these beans is going to soar by 3000%.

Don't stop...believing.

I'm showing the current exchange rate as 1 USD = 1,189.95 IQD. FWIW - It's 5 year trading range has been between 1128.67 to 1202.00 to 1 USD. Still waiting on that pop.

The RI (Reinstatement) of approx. $3.48 USD per 1 dinar is scheduled to show when the banks in Iraq open on Saturday morning, and will be posted in their Gazette newspaper which implements and puts it into law.

Why not ?  If they bought it at .00086 per dinar (less than a penny), and it revalues at $3.58 USD (U.S. Dollar) per dinar or higher.......   can you use a calculator ?

This may come off as either condescending or naive, but...

If it revalued, wouldn't it revalue with the old dinar being worth less? Like Mexico in the 1980's with the new peso was worth 1,000 old pesos? And the value of your old dinars will be same as the value in new dinars(in dollars)?

Makes sense.   So if an Dinar can be proven to have been in the hands of ISIS post them taking over half the country and the banks,  is it more valuable?   Kind of like those guns you see on Pawn Stars that are more valuable if they were in the civil war.
