The oldest Clemens son signed with the Astros today. With the way dad Roger is rolling he may wait another 2 years to retire.

If Clemens is set to retire next year, I wouldn't be shocked to see them call up his son -- if he makes it that far -- just for a game so they can be on the same field.  That would be awesome, even though I'm not a fan of the Astros.

I'm going to say no, only because he signed as a third base prospect.  It would be interesting to see both in the line-up though.  Would be a bad deal if he made an error to cost ole Dad a run.  Has there ever been a father/son tandem on the field with one taking the mound the other a position player?

I have a good friend in Houston and he says that Roger will be back for 1 more season as long as Asmus returns to. He also said that the plans are for Roger and his son to go thru spring training together and maybe his son may be called up during the season..........Who knows but I think Roger will be back from one more year
