Gruden, over his head,

Pretty plain to see he can’t get it done, Raiders need to cut their losses and let him go.

I see what you're trying to do.  Very nice.  Carry on.

Gruden also has never beaten a power 5 team. Or even Longview High.

Coach Gruden  needs to get rid of  GM Gruden.   Traded away one of the 3 best defensive players in the league and a wide receiver who can actually play contrary to what Coach Gruden was implying.

I've never had any confidence Gruden will ever make any meaningful difference in his return to the NFL.

I heard the players aren't "buying" in and it's just his first year taking over a dumpster fire. Need to give him 5 years to get it going.

Yeah, but he traded one of the league’s best defenders and a danged good WR.

With all these draft picks he will either be a genius or an idiot in a couple of years.

He has obviously lost it since he won those five division titles in eleven years as a head coach, including taking the Raiders of all teams to the AFC Championship Game...then winning the Super Bowl the next year with Tampa Bay.

Is being on top of the mountain before wading into water that is over your head the same as starting out in water over your head, coming to the surface for a brief gulp of air, and immediately sinking right back to the bottom?

He's not going anywhere, he has a 10 year deal. After saying he wanted to bring a Championship to Oakland before they left, after a slow start they went all in on trying to build it for Vegas. Vegas odds will tell you, you will never draft a player as good as Mack with any of these picks. Who the hell knows what happened to Cooper the last year and a half before his revival in Dallas. It doesn't matter if anyone on this team is buying in because by the time they play their first game in Vegas this roster will be 95-100% purged. I hate the Raiders. Been to 20+ Raiders Chiefs games in KC, never met one of their fans that wasn't a scumbag. Can't wait to go to Chiefs games in Vegas, that field is never going to be a true home field advantage. Casinos are going to have a large number of tickets to entice the traveling teams fans in each week.

Look at his last little while at Tampa Bay.  Was no world beater then.
