Four man tournament.  Koepka, Scott, Woods and maybe Thomas.

Whether on not a fan of Tiger, you have to admit him playing well is good for the popularity of the game. And as I type that he pushes one right into the woods.

Kiss of death at work....

But no, Woods playing well is not good for the game because the game was in an excellent state without him.  Woods needs the game much much more than the game needs Woods.

That probably sunk Woods' chances. I don't see Koepka or Scott dropping any more shots.

Yeah, a couple of cruel turns for Tiger, not sure sure how that one stayed out. Over half the ball just hanging over the hole. But he was using up his karma on the front nine like crazy. It had to even out.

Yeah. He's never come from behind to win, so this is probably just the same old thing. It's been fun watching, though. Maybe there is some magic left out there......

Well, it was a lot of fun. Had Scott made that last putt it would have led to a little drama on 18. Hats off to Koepka.

Absolutely.  Koepka is now a 3 time major champion, and with two majors in the same year that puts him in some rare company.

I had to leave the house this afternoon for a little while (work) but picked it up on the radio.

Fun tournament to watch and it was good to see Tiger playing well.

For some odd reason, the PGA always brings the drama.

I think it's usually a combination of courses that are easy by majors standards to start with being set up especially easy to promote scoring...intersecting with players who are in a moment that has almost all of them gasping for air.

If you put it in the fairways Bellerive was a pitch and putt course, with soft and slow (again, by majors standards) greens where guys were throwing darts with wedges.

The only stroke that was missed was when Woods grounded his club in the hazard on the Par 5 17th. If he was in the hazard, he cheated, if he wasn't in the hazard, all is well.

Yea that is why 90% of the gallery is pulling for him.

That crowd shot they showed of people watching Tiger cross over top to the scoring room wasn't people wanting to cheer for him, that was the funnel they put you through to leave. I've never seen an event where they bottlenecked  the crowd with their entrance/exit for 40,000+. Koepka is built, but he's a great all around player to go with the length. I think I prefer Augusta in April over St. Louis in August, it was hot.

I saw that too.  It looked to me like there was five yards or so of hazard on that side of the creek and Tigerís ball was in it.

Also, though he played well, Tiger still choked...at least by his standards.  There were two times on the back today that he could have grabbed that tournament by the throat.  Both times he fanned his tee shot way right.  He made a bogy once and a par on the easiest hole on the course the other time.

I'm not for sure if he was in the hazard although I certainly think so. But I KNOW FOR SURE he grounded his club. I was watching that very closely.

We all know you were. Glad you didnít die today. Sorry Tiger played so well and cemented his Ryder Cup appearance.

Brooks freaking Koepka can ball. Dude hits bombs and has a heart rate in single digits when itís clutch time. Good for him.

You are free to continue to call the PGA from your couch about what you saw on your TV. It looks different in color/HD, but you might get that some day.

Koepka should have let Scott hole out. It's called etiquette and anybody who follows golf knows that, 13-incher.

I agree, it would have been the norm to let Adam putt out, and then tap it in for the victory. As to the Woods shot, it's a red stake hazard, because my son and I walked up that side on Saturday to the crosswalk to the other side. I didn't see him ground his club, but I wasn't watching that intently on it, and yes, if he did, you can believe CBS and the PGA are getting plenty of texts/calls/tweets on it.

I'll say this for Woods - give him credit for the way he handled himself after the round - especially with respect to his congratulating Koepka on the win.

And, as always, guess who else congratulated Koepka - Rickie Fowler.  Very classy from Rickie.  If the day comes that Fowler ever wins a major, not only will the crowd go nuts, but I suspect many players will too.
