Didn’t they move him to RB some during Spring?  If true, he probably just doesn’t fit this offense.  I wish him the best.

Yeah, pretty much tells the kid where he stands when a coach moves a wideout to RB.

He played primarily at RB in HS.

Wasn’t he supposedly showing out at RB last year in practice?

We do not need 7 RBs so probable a good move by Maleek.   I could see this.

I quoted back in March as saying I thought we would lose 8-10 total players because of our change in schemes and coaches.  So probable 4 -5 more this summer.

I officially resign from evaluating high school football players. I saw him play in high school and was very impressed about how great he would be in an offense Coach Morris will run.  However, on the other hand if we have better players  than Maleek Barkley at RB or WR we are in very good shape. I agree.  I wish him the best wherever he lands and thank him for the time he spent being a Razorback.  Sometimes it just doesn't work out for a player when a new Coach is brought in with a totally new system.

Hate it when I'm right, but called that the moment it was mentioned he was moving to RB.

Best of luck to him in the future and wish it would have worked out for him here.

No summer or fall enrollment at this time of year is not a good sign if a student plans to return.

Message boards.  Then it must be true.  Nothing from Maleek, Richard, or the University.  I'll wait for something more official.

You haven't read Richard on another board, have you? He, like all the other writers, is say it looks that way. And yes, nothing is official until it's "official" .

Every other message board.

Now, because it’s on this message board, every other message board is reporting that property is in escrow with your’s and Twist’s name on the loan.... at $400/sq ft, of course.

https://twitter.com/Maleekbarkley14/status/996118536220237825 He says he has something big coming. Could either be source rumors or further proliferate them. Could even be referring to his possible transfer.

Honestly, we can’t trust trey biddy or what coach B’s evaluations of talent was. Who knows, he may have been a Montana state(not anything wrong with it) caliber athlete but the biddy’s of the world make them out to be blue chip athletes. And clearly our talent the last five years was mediocre.

He had already redshirted, so dropping down to FCS let's him play immediately.

Or he could have went to JC for 1 or two years and signed with a D1 school.  Yes, it is odd, but it is reflecting of his talent and what your boy Bert recruited all the while bashing those that questioned his holiness on all things to do with the program

Could have "gone" to JUCO. Neither of my boys names is Bert, sober up and try to make some sense.

Not necessarily. Sometimes really good players find themselves stacked up behind more talented and more highly touted athletes that they feel it is almost impossible to overcome, and no one wants to ride the pine for 3 years for that one, single magic year of playing time. Doesn't mean that they would wait that long, but between players and their families, decisions are sometimes made that don't necessarily embrace the virtue of patience. I've seen the exact same thing happen many times over the years. And sometimes, those players end up having success and getting drafted later on, even at lower level schools.

Now why Montana State of all places? I have no idea. I would have thought he would land someplace closer to home, Austin, TX. But to try to say that the kid has no talent and that is the reason and that Bielema made a mistake in evaluation? If that is true, so did Arizona, Illinois, Michigan State and Utah, who were his other P-5 offers. Also, the kid is transferring, it serves no purpose to demean him or his talent at this point just to be able to take another shot at a HC who is no longer our HC.
