With the exception of Holtmann, the other top 3 have won a National Championship.  Thatís easily worth that money to me as a fan.  Iíll probably never see another Arkansas National Championship in football or basketball and Iím not that old.

$7M a year for a NC?  Sign me up!

Of course, Iím not paying the money.  None of us are which makes it easy to weigh in on overpaid/underpaid

We need pay for performance.  It would motivate the overpaid losers.

We need this in every job in America.  I've worked most of my life under this system and it works wonders, but mine is based on performance plus quality,  so if the quality is not there, then performance means jack.
