Super Sid is my sixth man, Gafford, Brewer Sr, Beck, Brewer Jr, Hood, Big O to "round" it out.

Offensive punch. Defensive Menace, with some instant scoring off the bench. As well as an athletic freak in Gafford.

good one. I would sub Joe for Todd though. would share the ball really well and would be impossible to defend.

You could win a lot of national championships with that lineup with Klein, Robertson, Beck, McDaniel, and Brewer Jr. backing them up.

Gafford over Oliver Miller? Maybe someday,  but not yet. Big O had some serious skills and was a very good shot blocker.

Some names I haven't seen listed yet...

Center- Kingsley Moses-okay, he was listed on the all defensive team
Power forward- Dean Tolson
Small forward- Martin Terry
Shooting guard-  Pat Bradley
Point- Robert Shepherd

Arlyn Bowers, U.S. Reed, Marvin Delph, Charles Thomas, Mario Credit

Would have been fun to see what Delph could have done if he had the three point line.

Don't forget Martin Terry.  Because of age and pre Eddie I understand Martin and Tolson not getting more love.  Looked up Dean.  Forgot that he not only was in the league 3 years, but played internationally for 11 more years.

If I had to put together an all-time team of 15 Hogs, here it is ...

Starters ...

G/F - Sidney Moncrief ... the Razorbacks' G.O.A.T and one of the Top 10 players in the NBA in the 80s.
G/F - Scotty Thurman ... didn't have the next-level stuff of some others, but a fearless winner in the college game.
G - Lee Mayberry ... best PG in UA history who set the table for everyone but could score at all 3 levels.
F - Corliss Williamson ... the best big in school history and one of the best interior players in the college game when the game reached it's peak in the 90s, 1st runner-up for GOAT behind the incomparable Sidney Moncrief)
C - Oliver Miller ... most versatile big in UA history ... could beat you inside and out, and from 94 feet.

Next 10 ...

G/F - Todd Day ... most gifted scorer to ever don a Hog uni, great college player.
G - Ron Brewer ... probably the 2nd-best best all-around guard in school history, great college player.
G/F - Joe Johnson ... his combo of size, feel, skill, and floor IQ make him arguably the most talented backcourt Hog ever.
F/C - Bobby Portis ... modern-day version of a 6-11 big who was SEC POY & 2nd-team AA before leaving after sophomore season, great college player.
C - Joe Kleine ... had both post and face-up shooting skill for a hulking big, Olympic gold medal winner, great college player.
G - Marvin Delph ... arguably the most gifted perimeter shooter in school history, and he was a worthy rebounder and defender, great college player.
G - Corey Beck ... was he the toughest player "mentally" to ever wear the Hog uni? He played bigger than his 6-2 height at both ends.
C - Daniel Gafford ... the greatest combo of size, length, athleticism, and motor that I've seen at Arkansas, and he's just scratching the surface of how special he can be.
G - Darrell Walker ... fearless defender and one of the best slasher-scorers to ever play at Arkansas, great college player.
G - Alvin Robertson ... maybe the meanest Hog ever who backed it up on D, great in the open court and getting to the cup, Olympic gold medal winner, great college player.

Honorable Mention (15 more)

G/F - Ronnie Brewer ... jack-of-all-trades backcourt player.
G/F - Ron Huery ... jack of all trades backcourt player.
G/F - William Mills ... if not for off-the-court demons that dogged him throughout his career, Mills might be in the Top 5 ... in the same vein as a Joe Johnson as far as combo of size, physicality, athleticism, Bball IQ, skill.
G - Clint McDaniel ... A great college defender who made himself into a dependable perimeter shooter, too.
F/C - Scott Hastings ... had many of the soft-skills that today's bigs display, could shoot from the perimeter and was crafty around the basket.
C - Andrew Lang ... athletic and long at 6-10, shot-blocker and rebounder who was arguably the best post defender in UA history
G/F - Sonny Weems ... smooth perimeter operator, strong slasher, and explosive dunker who went on to the league.
G - Kareem Reid ... quick, smart, quirky PG who made everybody better and could deliver a tough bucket.
G - Patrick Beverley ... strong 6-1 guard who could score, defend, & rebound.
G - Pat Bradley ... the Shootah was a tough, confident New England guard who simply made the Hogs better.
F - Derek Hood ... ran the floor better than any big in UA history prior to Daniel Gafford, blue-collar volume rebounder and finisher.
F - Lenzie Howell ... long 6-5 athlete with explosive hops who could finish inside and out.
F - Michael Qualls ... long 6-5 athlete with explosive hops who could finish inside and out.
G - U.S. Reed ... clutch, athletic at 6-2, good college scorer, hit the shot heard round the world to beat Lousiville in NCAAT.
F - Isaiah "Butch" Morris ... gifted inside-out PF who helped form the Hogs' most skilled squad in '90-91.

This would be my five but I might put Delph and Thurman as 1A and 1B. especially in todays world of 3 point shooters nobody was or better than Marvin from deep.It is a shame he did not get to use the 3 point line.

I used part of your post Kevin hope you don't mind.

I thought we were seeing the next coming of Michael Jordan at times with Mills.  What a shame he was not able to get it all together.

I do think if Joe Johnson played on a better team, he would get more credit here.

Joe only played a year and a half. He had a well balanced game, could score when we had to have a basket but was seldom dominant. Hogs best NBA player by points and longevity but nothing to land himself in the top 5 at Arkansas.

Yeah, I know how long he played--and didn't.  I also know what I saw when he was on the floor.  Put him with four other greats, and they all get better.   Sid had Brewer and Delph.  Day, Mayberry and Miller had each other.   Williamson was with Beck, Thurman, etc.  Johnson had Prago and Dean--names that aren't  showing up on these submissions (except for Dean on a highlight reel list)
